Does anyone have any experience with doing a 1035 exchange between permanent insurance policies/companies?

I hired an IRA-approved valuation company to value that note at that time.

The lender has told me that as the guarantor on the company this would still affect me personally so it's not much different at this point if we purchase under me personally or under the entity.

I use Appfolio for my property management company but I think they have a minimum door count of 200. 

It will show the rent amounts, who pays utilities and expenses they know annually.

It does give some great data but would need to verify with a local agent/contractor/property management company etc 

I would book a furnace tune up with a HVAC company. 

It’s got a steady job market, especially with major companies like FedEx, Amazon, and international logistics hubs around here.
