@Adam Wallen following because I've recently run into an issue where I have two investors, one of which can invest a significant larger amount than the other and wants to be the sole stakeholder. i.e. not willing to do deals if other investors are involved, which is not an unreasonable request from an investment point of view but really limits how I can leverage the second investors money.

(Management tip: I find those applicants/tenants asking for special considerations up front or early on, be it early move in, extra doors, registers, new fences, appliances, paint, altered terms, etc. often fit a tenant profile that entails unreasonable demands (read: high maintenance).
