What are some strategies for repaying investors?

Hi All, Just beginning my real estate career. I’m looking to gain some knowledge on how other members are able to work out deals with investors. For example, if you are able to get several investors to contribute 10% (such as for down payment), what type of agreements do you typically have with those investors? Thank you! Adam
