An older building in which all the units or most of them are in original condition, this is where your upgrades will have the largest impact. 

I really wish this was an option because this would obviously be our largest ROI, undfortunately, the lot is a corner lot that and has a 25 ft setback off the Main Street it parallels, then with duplexes we have to have a 10 ft setback on the opposite side of the lot between the houses.

Point is, 100%, review crime trends, GDP, population growth trends with Millennials, (after all, by the year 2030, they will be our largest population segment), school system health and respective proposed budgeting from the state govt and general macroeconomic conditions.

It’s our largest investment to date, in good shape, but with little odds and ends that need repair.
