Hi BP, I've been in real estate professionally since 2003 and flipped (before that term was even born!) my first house in 1992 in Christchurch, NZ. I am a licensed real estate agent and have sold commercial, resort (Pacific Islands), residential and investment property.

I am currently focusing on promoting "Creative Finance" (Rent To Own, Deposit Finance etc) which is not a big thing here at all and have some new (apartments) and existing properties which are attracting a huge amount of interest. NZ is one of the least affordable places to buy in the world believe it or not so the barriers for people getting into their first home (20% deposit) are very high and challenging. I have been loving the BP podcasts and can see a lot of value in this channel, so thanks for having me!
