i find it's way more actionable, digestible, motivating.. to learn from someone who's just like 1.5-2.5 years ahead of where you're at now. finding someone at THAT point, may save you quite a bit of money in mentoring AND actually get you better results.

The baseline, which would fairly be called a high C grade, would be based on the median value for each parameter (at the MSA or county level), and then a tract that is ābetterā than the median in each respective parameter would score higher on the grading scale, and a tract that is āworseā than the median in each respective parameter would score lower on the grading scale.
