I'm from Bend, OR originally and there in the older neighborhoods that were built with alleys this is very common.  

I already bend over backwards to help this woman, and she is moving out in the summer.  

Racist and ethically backwards who take every step to bend the rules. 

@Hans .Suljic a few years ago I was in the same boat as you and I bought a property in South Bend.

If you, the owner, dictate price with no bending - it will kill a vacancy rate - if you were to even attempt to use it as a metric. 

Soooooo you can either try to do MASS direct marketing to play the odd's of connecting with the exact right person, in the exact right situation, at the exact right time, which is not just finding a needle in a haystack it's finding a specific type of needle with a specific bend in it, on a certain day, in a haystack of needles..... 

The biggest one, and the one rule I do not bend on, is; if it involves the life safety of any person fix it immediately.
