I grew up in the Mansfield area (Bellville) so I could build a team there if I found the right property.  

I grew up near there, so I am somewhat familiar.  

7 of the properties I know because their in the neighborhood I grew up in and they have been kept well 3 of the 7 have been rented to the same people since I left the neighborhood in 03!

I grew up near boston and I've achieved what you dream of.    

What drives me is that I grew up in  a home that we were forced out of, and I want to help people not get forced out of their homes and make a buck while doing so. 

Doing a project in the winter poses a real challenge, especially to someone new to the game,  because you cannot determine what the weather is going to be, and especially being in MI (grew up with most of my family that lives throughout the state), the weather can get very severe.

Since then I gained my license in Architecture and grew tired of working hard for pennies. 

I live in Boston now, but grew up an hour south of you in Brandon.How far do you want to live from Burlington?  

I grew up on Long Island where a 3/2 would run you a half million.

I grew up in Wisconsin and moved out here a couple years ago for grad school.
