Hello! My name is Jillian Risch, from Alexandria, Va. I grew up in Wisconsin and moved out here a couple years ago for grad school. I just recently received my masters and started working as a government contractor, doing program management and budget work for Dept of the Army. I started getting interested in real estate investing while talking to my mentor a couple weeks ago, so I've been researching. I stumbled across this site yesterday and I really like the way it's set up and how the information is presented. So glad I found the site! I'm brand new to the idea of real estate investing so I'm still trying to figure out which niche(s) I want to get into, and what my goals are going to be, but once I figure that out, I'll make sure to update my profile to reflect that!
