Newbie from Bangkok (yep...Thailand)

Hello BP, I'm a longtime lurker and religious listener of the podcasts.  I just haven't gotten around to introducing myself until now.  

I'm Steve, I currently live in Bangkok, Thailand and am a pilot in the US Air Force.  

I am currently an accidental land-lord in Pensacola (Pace), Florida after I was forced to move and couldn't sell my primary residence.  I have had a positive experience with great tenants and mange to break even thus far.  I am looking to start to build a portfolio of long-term buy and hold cash-flow properties in the Pensacola and/or Mansfield, Ohio area.
