Just wanted to shout out that I along with a multitude of other investors will be at the Jake and Gino Multifamily Mastermind event this coming weekend in Orlando, FL!

There is a great real estate investing mastermind group in Lancaster.

I'm part of Jake and Gino's program and the MIH (make it happen) Mastermind (run by Gino's brother and another Jake and Gino member - both crazy experienced, but mastermind is NOT a part of J&G it's a separate entity).

I may even have to shop locally but I wanted to put this out there to mastermind some ideas.

Most seminars, coaches, gurus, are overpriced and just looking to take all your money.However, most successful ppl in this business are a part of some mastermind and have definitely paid for mentorship, coaching, etc.You just have to find a good program that fits your budget.
