I need guidance on investing on tax auctions online and from where we can get property listing every month.

I am interested in deed sale auctions in all states.

All auctions are first Tuesday of the month and i cannot be everywhere.

Please guide.

Texas has authorized online sales, but so far the only county I've seen do it is Burnett in Central Texas.  Mostly they've had lots only.  I have not seen any homes or commercial or other types of properties.   They're probably testing it with some of the properties that are harder to sell first.  If it works, then they could expand it to all properties and then maybe to other counties.

Other states do probably allow online auction and maybe only do it that way.
