Most times, the top of a brokers list are those with experience who they've worked with in the past.

I will be quick to admit I have only had experiences with small rentals (6 units and smaller) so if you are looking for help on larger apartment complexes I would not be a great resource.

You need to work with a property manager that has experience with this, unless you plan on doing it yourself.
