Usually, buildings that are eye-sores in the community attract attention the owners do not want because they're usually fined if the problem isn't corrected by a certain date with increases in fines the longer the problem exist.

I guess they had problems with permits due to the towers being 'eye sores.'  

Some businesses are an eye sore. 

I am just so re-energized after talking to and meeting so many great people.

i'd say in 9 of 10 cases of any type of depression (besides mixed features - ie psychosis, personality disorder, etc) is CHOICE.

Would that stick out like a sore thumb and severely damage our sale price if we leave that out?

We had to rent for a while, ourselves, with our 75-lb lab and found that this market is sorely needed and tenants will stay longer if they have less choice in moving.

And maybe take them for a ride in his G 4.. which I would sorely love to do.
