My questions is is how do you guys go about creating the mail/post cards, and how do you obtain the list of addresses in a certain area to send to?

I want to send yellow letters, printed mail and postcards(for Non owner occupied), then do some door knocking and cold calling.BUT I have a few questions before I start this process.....

I've also thrown in some creative postcards.

Also, have you tried cold calling owners or sending postcards with limited info about the property to generate some calls?

Send postcards to active MLS listed homes.

Mail costs me on average about $0.50/piece (I use a mix of letters and postcards). $300 to find a deal is not bad.

I have one, but unfortunately the number is missing & I’d rather cold call than to send a postcard.
