I am in the process of designing my business card!

In terms of holding a contest - you can look at most of the previous artwork  they have done in the past to get an idea of how good they are and can also ready the comments from their customers - good, bad, or ugly. it's at least worth taking a look - especially if you already know what type of design you are looking for and just need them give a nice polish = if you have no idea what you want to do - I'm sure they have designers who have plenty of ideas - but I have never gone that route as I usually know what I want - just don't know how to graphically design it ( though i do know enough about photoshop to get myself into trouble sometimes) Lets us know how it turns out  and we would love to see your logo when its complete. 

While all these folks do the subdivision the builder and architect along with the owner can begin the process of designing the houses for those lots.

What kind of design assistance?  

I will be finishing an interior design degree w/ hopes of assisting in the process of designing wheelchair accessible properties for my brokerage which leaves one less thing to be out sourced.

They make a LOT of money off of design mistakes, design changes and any other types of change orders.

Even in Gary Keller's word, that One Thing is going to change over time and get replaced.I would suggest a behavior out of design theory rather than knowledge of a particular topic.

I have yet to see another tiny home with a peninsula type of design for the sleeping loft and not having to crawl into a bed.

Likewise, it's kind of designed for properties that you already own or that are on the MLS.
