Hi guys! I am in the process of designing my business card! I will be going after buy and hold rentals and fix and flips. Any suggestions for some catchy slogans or info?

Thanks for any help!

@Rocky Verteramo, I don't think you need any catchy slogans. What you want your card to convey is that you are a professional, who buys properties. If you pay cash, you could add that to the card. If you don't, leave it off.

I used to be a graphic designer 100 years ago. I will tell you that fancy swirly fonts are hard to read. You don't want your potential seller to squint at your card - you want them to be able to read it, and easily see what's there.

Put every single possible way to contact you on the card. Phone, email, even a street address or PO Box for those who like to send snail mail. If you don't have a professional sounding email address, set one up. [email protected] doesn't cut it. RockyV@ibuyhouses is much better. And I would suggest leaving your last name out of the email address. I can see a letter being dropped and the email not coming to you. No offense to your last name, but it isn't a common name. You want to make getting in contact with you as easy as possible for potential sellers.
