Hey BP,

I'm working on a flip here in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Hyde Park and need some design assistance. I'm not looking for someone to sell me they're merchandise, rather have them consult for a flat fee.

A) Do any of my Cincinnati people have a good referral for a design professional?

B) For those of you not local, how did you go about finding a professional designer?
