I think this is a horrible idea personally. 

I am not sure which area in Ohio (cleveland, Dayton, Cincy) or PA could be better for me, I don’t have any realtor or property manager and I’ve heard a lot of horrible stories that I am scared of the process.

There are a number of horrible agents I know (some with questionable ethics) that have cultivated Zillow reviews and can show 50 five start reviews, while some really good agents don't look well on Zillow at all, simply because they don't pay for Zillow and consequently do not cultivate the plattform.

If something horrible happens (like your handy man who you have given the keys to all the properties rapes your female tenant (you didn't know he just got out of prison for rape) (no insurance coverage for you by the way because intentional torts are uninsurable) you will lose everything you own.

However, we all know that most of these "discount" listing brokerages, or brokerages offering discounted coop fees have houses that are overpriced, usually flipped horribly and sit forever.

Not to mention that 2023 has been a pretty horrible year for Disney and Florida tourism generally.We're holding on to these for at least a little while longer to see what happens.

Overall they do a horrible job of prequalifying good leads.
