What strategies or lessons did you learn along the way?

Assuming you want to aim for syndication, you sort of need to learn how to develop a pro forma that ties the return to an IRR/XIRR. 

There are four key principles that guide me:- Consistency is everything- Never stop learning- Take Action- Value relationships over everything else1) Consistency is everything There are multiple things that I do every single day- Read – 10+ minutes.

There are so many great people and resources throughout BP that will be great to build a foundation and continue you learning.
