Hi @Katie Lyon,Properties are typically still selling in Cape Coral right now to active buyers, even with elevated inventory.

I have already met with and spoken with a couple through my current work (both active and recently "retired") that didn't seem all that eager to get into the topic, or interested even offering advice beyond "I wouldn't recommend it."

You need to know how many of those things/activities lead to a deal.

Then, actively track and adjust as need.
