Hello new investor HERE!!!
Making contact for the first time here on BP. Looking forward to receiving direction and insight from a vast and amazing resource. I have had a rental property for a short period here in CT and have sold it in 2017. Recently, have only used BP calculators, watched a few podcasts and only viewed the forums from the outside.
