With the holiday's here now my anxiety level is rising.

Maybe something I haven't tried.My brother is deaf and struggles with ADHD, depression, and anxiety.

When you instead focus on positive outcomes for your future, you reduce anxiety and are able to better focus on desirable results.

From what I’ve seen most probably aren’t likely to let me do 0 down but that’s the goal 😉I’ve been toying with the idea of doing some syndication and asking family/friends as well but asking people for their money when I have no experience ,just book knowledge from the good old internet, gives me anxiety.

This should increase their anxiety and motivation, or at least their willingness to listen to your ideas/offer.

However it as well does not spread as quickly as covid-19- covid-19 fatality 3.5% (so far), so one could argue that this is all blown out of proportion for such a low level, granted again (and building anxiety over it won’t help) but these are numbers taken from around the world where health care systems (at the moment) are really able to (for the most part) help those affected and try to contain the virus overall.
