Not real estate related but I could you some advice from the Mindset people out there. Maybe something I haven't tried.

My brother is deaf and struggles with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. He just had a baby this year and more recently just lost the best job(career) he has ever had because of the vaccine mandate situation. He has a history of making poor financial decisions.  His disabilities prohibit him from doing "normal" everyday tasks like answering the phone, speaking to others, and working outdoors. I have spent the last couple years trying to help him stay positive and more importantly change his mindset. After having a baby and losing his job its more important than ever.

I Gave him books - doesn't have the patience to read them or wont try

Late night conversations over a couple beers, talking about life and mindset - I just get eye rolls

Has anyone ever been successful in helping a family member who is struggling mentally, financially and physically? What did you do? I really want to help him look at life through a different lens , but how? I appreciate anyone who chimes in to this post. Means a lot.
