Now of course when they realize this is a world wide issue attitudes have changed.. 

I hate to say it but i think a lot of people that preach BRRRR and leverage their rentals to the brim will lose their pants during these crises.

Im in the top 1% of agents nation wide, and I honestly have zero chance of converting a Zillow lead to a sale, because it is a skill set I simply dont have.

I know what they own.. and its all backed by real estate and growing timber.. always a need for lumber world wide.  

I don't expect wide scale price declines, but I believe that some sellers in this market will take a lower offer just to be rid of the uncertainty.
