Good / bad time for dallas house hack duplex? Let’s discuss.

I am currently eyeing purchasing a duplex in the DFW area to house hack our first deal.

We would live in one side rent out the other.

Is the market too volatile at the moment to buy? Should we wait it out, if so how long?

Or is it a great time to get buy due to other buyers being uncertain?

Curious what others are thinking in general at this time.

As the saying goes...The best time to plant a tree is 50 years ago. The next best is today. Same in real estate. Don't put off investing now. Just be sure to be wise about it and get the best deal you can.
