Any suggestions on the best profile to hire to watch SEO tutorials and implement all the ideas?

Some thoughts on Storage as we own some and are putting some ground up 3 and 4 story infill deals together currently:There is consolidation going on with larger groups strategically buying off some of the "mom n pops" with that, these large owners have VERY professional management.Storage has become an Internet search and SEO game more and more, and the big REITs have armies of analysts that spend all their time managing the search marketing efforts.If you are going to invest in a deal, I strongly recommend you get a larger management company, large regional firm at minimum to manage the property and internet marketing efforts.Locations is very important, you should be very convenient near other retail uses, BUT you do NOT have to be MAIN and MAIN due to most customers initially finding their facility through mobile and internet searches.There are plenty of areas overbuilt, but also plenty of under supplied areas, the critical analysis is within that 3 mile radius.

I use a website with ppc and SEO and I have a decent deal flow of off-market, discounted properties.

Everything involved with marketing through a website adds up quickly (PPC, SEO, Hosting, Domains, etc) so you may find you have a better bang for your buck utilizing other methods.

I've made the core of my money online, and paying a percentage the website creator is a bit more than i could bear, although I understand your point if they are going to do full blown marketing (PPC, SEO or CPM).

We have one website through Wix.com that we still point PPC to, as well as a wordpress site that we use SEO and PPC.

Did you implement any of SEO, Adwords, referrals, etc?

For people on your team I would recommend getting a bookkeeper, a marketing manager (someone to handle mailer, craigslist, SEO, bandit signs, etc), a property analyst (someone to run property comparisons and send out offers), and depending on how many incoming calls your getting, you may want another phone buyer.
