Ok I have a question maybe some 1 here can help me and tell me if anything could be done I bought a duplex out of state very happy w my purchase But one of the things wasn’t done during inspection of the house that I asked them to complete and they said ok It’s on paper I asked my Realestate agent if it was completed and he said he didn’t check and that he trusted the other Realestate agent We come to figure out that what was promised wasn’t done I am trying to contact both agents and they are ignoring my call and e mail how should I proceed ?

Have a paper stating that you are adding him to the lease dated xyz btw xxx and you  and that the new tenants has review and acceot all responsibility and have everyone sign it.

They don't have the same numbers on paper as fourplexes, but property managers insist that the turnover is significantly less.

An operating agreement without such guidance is not worth much more than the paper it is printed on.

On paper, this looks like 900k of costs with a profit of 2-300k allowing for commissions, fees, overrages.This is completely new to me and my first foray.

Here in CT a landlords word is as good as putting it on paper  so be careful.

Lenders often sell the paper, so the only money a lot of them earn is the points.Your lender doesn't charge you $500 for the appraisal. 

Is it a big deal if the LLC is not completed yet to start deducting, or can I start was the paper begins being processed?
