Ok I have a question maybe some 1 here can help me and tell me if anything could be done I bought a duplex out of state very happy w my purchase But one of the things wasn’t done during inspection of the house that I asked them to complete and they said ok It’s on paper I asked my Realestate agent if it was completed and he said he didn’t check and that he trusted the other Realestate agent We come to figure out that what was promised wasn’t done I am trying to contact both agents and they are ignoring my call and e mail how should I proceed ? I know I dropped the ball on this Advice ? Thoughts ? Recommendations would be helpful
