This money movement occurred before I even went under contract for the property and got any kind of approval. 

I suppose that just helps perpetuate the problem.  

What is the integrity of the subfloor and structure - is there movement in the subfloor on the upper levels? 

Does this provide a haven for borrowers to live in where they are perpetually rolling late?  

I believe building these relationships with people will take out a lot of the constant turnover, distrust and stagnant movement in the industry, if we can all work together for the bottom line. 

In the Heights I haven't seen much movement at all.

In my experience, the perception tends to be that it is black and white--either covered or not and there's no two ways about it--which to some extent is true and certainly perpetuated by insurance carriers in an attempt to scare people out of making claims.  

@Nate Lawson  In Illinois on the seceretary of state website it takes about 10 minutes to make your LLC and it has perpetual exists immediately.

There must be a movement of some sort which may cause a shift with wholesalers.

I always thought I would be max-leveraged and looking to grow perpetually.
