Form a LLC?

Hello All,

My name is Nate and I am new to BP. My father-in-law and I are just starting out in our REI adventures. We haven't actually bought or put anything under contract yet because we have been trying to educate ourselves as much as possible. One question I do have is, if we hope to turn this into a business that one day would allow us to quit our day jobs, should we start a LLC now or wait until we have done a couple deals? Any and all thoughts/comments are welcome and appreciated. Thank you!
