Besides my full-time job, I am looking to supplement my income with buy and hold properties.

Details below:Interested in buy and hold, HML, JV of SFR and MFRFamily investor is passive and only interested in ROE to supplement retirement incomeI will be doing the leg work of reviewing deals, negotiating and buying at first.

I work full time and am a full time student I am looking at doing this to supplement my income while I am in school.  

@Paul Kuegle When you say older, do you mean near retirement age or already retired but supplementing income with a part time job?

I am CPA ready to start and grow REI company in Upstate NY with my husband to supplement our income and eventually do this full-time.

If her disability income is SSDI, she could get a part time job to supplement it.  

And I am looking to purchase my first home which I am hoping will be a duplex or triplex.I'm interested in supplementing my current income through REI and learning from other BP members in the area. 

I really like what I do outside of real estate, so I'm not trying to "replace" anything, just supplement. 

I am currently working on strengthening my credit, and I plan on getting secured loans to supplement it as well.
