Hello BP!

I am CPA ready to start and grow REI company in Upstate NY with my husband to supplement our income and eventually do this full-time. We are both new to the real estate market and we are seeking advice as we establish our company and portfolio.

Our goals for the rest of 2014 is to learn as much as possible about the real estate market and establish our company. In 2015 we want to purchase our first properties. Ideally 1 SFH and 2 multifamily and hit $1000 monthly net cash flows.

Currently, we want to create our LLC company and start getting some financing. We would apprepriciate any advice or help from the Pros in this community

Looking forward to learning and growing!
