New member from New Jersey

Hello all,

Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Anthony Pormilli. I am a 28 year old male, born and raised in Franklin Township, New Jersey. I was brought to this wonderful community by  stumbling upon the BiggerPockets Podcast. Currently I am employed by a manufacturing company, which is moving out of state before January.

In the past 2 months, I have become completely emersed into the world of Real Estate. Reading as much as possible, and listening to Real Estate Podcasts everywhere I go! My heart and my intuition is telling me that this will become my career, and I haven't been this excited about something in quite some time.

I come here seeking guidance and input from the wise and savvy Real Estate Investors that have walked this path many moons ago! As well as friendship. It doesn't always have to be strictly business. I am exclusively looking to become a Wholesaler. Although I plan on entering other avenues later on, such as Buy & Hold and Fix & Flip.

I hope I didn't ramble too much, I'm just very excited to be here! I am looking forward to educating myself and working toward my first deal, and having you all take this journey with me. Hope I have all your support!
