I'm not sure of the custom in your market, but here in Baltimore we typically only use a specific "appraisal contingency" for cash deals.  

I wanted to find something that most people could afford so I would have a broad customer base.

They tend to have ongoing sales and cash flow daily and they keep up the building and what it looks like on the inside for customers.

Business is business and the customer always pays.

I am a numbers girl and Apartments and condos provide amenities that bring value to my customers.  

We just discontinued all our HomeAway listings because of the fees and their horrible customer service.

I also had some custom monthly calendars made with my advertising, Oct-Dec I would put out those calendars.

While it was a lot of work we were able to customize the "owner's unit" to our liking, and the work we did to the other unit allowed us to increase the rent.  

It costs $2/tenant which I'm fine with, though their customer support recently told me they're releasing a free option in the next few weeks where your tenants are simply charged a $2 transaction fee.

I am looking for a service that will do what erentpayment does, but that has better customer service.
