Trying to get started
Good afternoon everyone , I am new to the Bigger pockets Community and I am looking to gain a new insight about investing in general . What better way than to do than with questions and conversing? I have a few questions that I would love for other both novice and professional investors to share their experiences
1. When you first started was there a specific strategy or niche that you used?
2. How much funding (if any) did you use to get started or stay afloat during this time . How much time did you use when you decided to become an investor to get those initial deal done?
Please share your experiences about your first deals or even if you are in the process of completing your first deal , please let us know . This is an open discussion and I would love to hear about it.

I would honestly check out the podcasts on here and use the search function on the top right. Tons of rags - riches and what not to do threads on here.
Personally if I was starting over... I would get licensed, work for a local investor, and learn all you can in the trenches. So much of this business is actually "learned" by getting your hands dirty. I learned more on my 1st deal than I could have possibly found in a book. There's a big difference between knowledge and experience.
Get your wisdom here. Put it into practice there.
