@JayCinta HenryThere are a couple of different items to tackle in your post or in this thread.Entity requirement - you should speak with an attorney if an LLC is right for you.Depending on your risk tolerance, risk exposure, equity, etc you may or may not want a separate entity.EIN - You can apply for an EIN regardless of how your business is structured.
