Use your independent contractors and scope of work!

If PMI is both built into the mortgage and charged independently from the mortgage, the borrower needs to do the math on whether they want to refi to a new mortgage or contact the bank to remove the PMI that is not built into the loan.

I've run my own independent agency since 2007 been in the industry since the early 90's have 1 commercial and 2 residential properties I let currently.
