Looking for a PT Administrative Assistant in Orlando, FL
PT Administrative Assistant $9/hr. + based on experience.
Real Estate Investment Company looking for a PT (M-F 10AM-flexible on end times but usually 3PM with holidays off).
Admin Assistant. Must have a min of 2 yrs. office admin experience. Real estate experience preferred. Must be efficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Light bookkeeping using QB, general office duties, maintaining client files, running errands, creating flyers for properties and other announcements.
Able to Multi-task and work efficiently.
Must have excellent oral and written skills to correspond with clients a must!
To work independently resolving daily problems.
Social Media.
Maintain inventory of office supplies, ordering supplies.
Keeping the Calendars of events updated.
