Which turns into a whole lot of calling and non motivated people who figures they would press the "Tell me more" button because they were bored. 

If I was pressed to use the 5k, I would spend it on marketing, getting my RE licensing and building that piggy bank via selling houses as a Realtor or wholesaler.

Never dressed and pressed.

And this may be even more pressing for those areas where money is drying up in the city's coffer not having funds for demo.If you get to list properties for the city, you're doing pretty good. :)

. :-)But I do think the overly positive press is going to eventually come back to bite the investor and these deals we're seeing today are going to start coming back to earth.I'm really worried that once prices come back and people start buying again, there will be too many rentals out there and not enough renters to occupy them.I just wonder if these hedge funds buying bulk deals or some of these other companies that are ramping up huge portfolios will sell their houses then or if they'll simply start reducing rents to keep their stuff occupied.
