For those who don’t know, these are crowd funding platforms that allow accredited investors (like myself) to invest in syndication deals.

 There’s no crowdfunding platform that currently offers this.

Their online platform is weak, but if you use an IRA-owned LLC you won't need to transact with Sunwest very often (since the day-to-day lending transactions will happen in the LLC).  

I have to finish doing some minor work before I list it on Air bnb and other platforms.

The main things I like about roof stock that other platforms related to their function is:-You are literally just the owner- meaning you don’t even need to speak with anybody and just receive updates through email.

The platform is associated with major U.S. banks so most tenants have access to it through their checking accts.

I'm looking forward to use this platform to gain knowledge through forums and webinars, as well as network with people in my area as well as outside of my area.  

Parys booked a three day weekend into the unit and everything seemed fine, she was in the area trying to find a long term place and wanted to experience the area, not totally unusual.On the second day she sent a message through the platform asking to extend for a full two weeks, which, ok, nice!
