Hello BP Community!

I'm a new to Bigger Pockets website but I have been listening to the podcast for awhile now. I grew up in a small agriculture community close to Lodi and have always been interested in owning real estate but did not really know where to start. The podcast has opened my eyes to a lot of possibilities and opportunities that available through real estate investing. I'm primarily interested in investing in single family homes, to buy and hold, out of state. I'm primarily focused on using the BRRR method to purchase these homes. I'm currently beginning to look in the Houston area and hope to get into my first property within the next year. I'm looking forward to use this platform to gain knowledge through forums and webinars, as well as network with people in my area as well as outside of my area.
