Short term rental company sent email stating my listing would be
Listing would be deactivated due to to many messages being sent and not enough booking. I've only been on for a few months and have rented 33 days. They want me to upgrade to the next account level.(pay them x amount) or be kicked out for not booking enough. Claimed that due to the amount of message exchange that we must be booking outside the company. Nope it's just every single person lowballing the price. Anyone else?

I would tell them to pound crap.
Why homeowners put up with being told how to run their property is beyond me. It is YOUR home, investment, hard work.
I can guarantee you I would cancelled in 5 minutes or less had they sent me something like that.
