That protection is nice, but doesn't cover negligent acts, and certain things will put those buckets together (like having two LLCs that use the same bank account and can be argued are really only one business).

NDNC are worthless unless your wealthy enough to litigate them.. which most are not.. also any listing agent that would let someone who has not proofed up to buy.. get into contract is pretty negligent in this day and age.And any buyer who would let someone tie up a MLS property only to mark it up and try to make a middle man fee is pretty clueless as well..

In that case, the tenant can just work with the mowing companies insurance company.If you chose to hire non-insured people do work on your property, then you are liable to cover the difference here.Landlord is responsible for who they select to do work, but not responsible for what they do, unless the landlord can be proven negligent in their selection.
