Major Power Outages, Multiple Days, Am I Liable For Anything?

Hello,

As some of you might be aware, there have been HUGE power outages in the Merrimack Valley. Outages are expected to last for multiple days and I was just wondering if I, as a Landlord, am liable for anything that may happen during this time...

No lights, no heat, potential snowy/icy conditions seems like a horrible combo.

Thanks!
