Are you in this for a couple deals, or are you looking obtain high quantities of leads?

I agree with some others that FB will provide quantity, but not quality. 

Writing quality content in large quantities takes time so it's great to be reminded by comments like yours that it's not for naught!

While you can find deals, it is a matter of quality over quantity.

@Robert Mitchell I know a reliable house cleaner in the Poconos I'll reach out to her and see if she's taking on any new clients she handles many high-end homes around Lake Harmony.

When I was a broker, I worked mostly with investors, and had a good quantity of off-market deals that went to my established clients.
