The person I was trying to evict was bringing drugs to the property and had gang members threatened and sexually assault my one and only renter who has filed a police report  and has now moved out because the girl kept bringing that same person over.

How do you guys/girls setup your business bank accounts?

Other than the obvious: try to fix your current one if possible/sensible; buy a used one; look if leasing is cheaper and makes sense for you; see if you can borrow someone else's until your finances improve - there're sites like Turo; marry a girl with a truck if everything else fails...

This "friend" would pay her a little rent, I don't allow subletting, and wouldn't be on the lease, only the girl who applied.

I just don’t necessarily want frat boys living in the house with me and my little girl.

@Daron WilliamsThis isn’t a real estate question but I’ll present this point to ponder: if you were very recently in the head space to marry someone after 90 days you have absolutely no business purchasing real estate of any kind until you improve your mental state.

My girls are now in their teens which has allowed me more time to get back into REI.

Put on your big girl pants, you are in an adversarial relationship now (you were in one the day he decided to pay you late rent, but you let yourself get walked over).
