A few of the reasons - the property doesn't have a great flow, the kitchen is small, there are low ceilings in the dining room, and though updated six years ago the finishing level is mediocre. 

Each duct supply's two different rooms the living rm, dining rm, kitchen and three bedrooms.

I mean, when I have an awful dining experience (really awful...not just bad), I'll post it on 2-3 sites.

I might spend $100-300 on a sofa and $50-200 on a dining room table with 4-6 chairs.

We also have some great restaurants on all of these beaches from fine dining to family fun nights.

I've had some issues with it, such as, misinformation about properties, cutting a list short (for example, I ask for top 20 places to dine and it only responds with 10), and outright lying (and then admitting to it).  

Do you have an oversized laundry room or some other under-utilized space (dining room, den/office, large bedroom etc)? 

On the other side of the coin, I am currently working in a fine dining restaurant.

also, I would be willing to redo ALL areas and not refinish the hardwoods in the living/dining room and haulway. if there is something out there that is truelly great(bulletproof/petproof) that looks halfway decent.... planning to keep the house till im long an gone so impact to resale value isnt a big concern.
