Hello South Bend!

Looking for a property management company in South Bend Indiana for our Airbnb.

She has you trained to bend to her will so it may be to late to change that behavior.

I currently pay for the utilities but, without fail, I'll drive by the house during the winter and see windows open because the tenants are too ____________ to bend down and adjust the individual radiators in their apartments.

If you had some time to bend the ear of a guy that knows the title  and escrow business in your area, and is sitting in the room on hundreds of closings a month, what questions would you ask? 

If you are a great bank customer, keep big compensating balances, and have a loan history with them, all banks will bend over backwards.  

For those unfamiliar with Sunriver, it's just about 20 minutes south of Bend Oregon.

I assume you are outside of Bend.

The takeaway approach of we only want people who are committed etc, and having you act like you are applying,...it's a sales tactic truth is he will take anyone that will pay..from personal experience if you express interest they will start bending over backwards to try to get you in- I negotiated I didn't want to pay 5k for a course and then pay 200 or 300 bucks/whatever it was to be part of their forum every month after that.
