I need someone who is motivated to generate direct bookings, especially since my property is themed, and Airbnb doesn't do a great job of marketing the theme.

I do feel that Lathrop/Manteca may appreciate a little more because of it being closer to SF Bay and the jobs around here however that commute has to be a total of 3.5 to 4 hours a day. round trip.  

Could be attempting to stack credit cards for a business, maybe they just want to have them for an emergency, maybe they know that applying for one is the same as applying for multiple if it’s within a certain time frame so they went ahead and applied to not ding their credit as much, etc etc The other thing about the job is something to look into though. 

Although the occasional gut job on a kitchen or bathroom might make sense.

@Melanie Baldridge I have received a refund for the past 3 years on my tax return from my W-2 job thanks to my real estate.

@Chris Seveney I was thinking of higher contractors for bigger electrical jobs or and major plumbing that may need done.
